I've only used the cooler once and it survived. Not too sure about the handle, it doesn't appear to be as sturdy and the rest of the cooler so I'm not sure how long it will hold up. Otherwise, it has served its purpose before summer ends!Overall this is a great size cooler. It fits nicely in a truck bed because it’s lower profile than many coolers. Only issue is there is no latch to secure the lid. You need to make sure it’s very snuggly closed, if not it will pop open. On flat surfaces it would probably be fine but when we were on a trail that was a little rocky the lid popped open.Great for campingFamily reunion for drinks, it was perfectVery roomy - keeps stuff cold. Nice sturdy handle.We had similar Coleman coolers, the issue is the handle. We use it for beach days, spacious and holds the ice, but the handle rusts and it makes it really hard to pull. This handle looks less sturdy than our old ones.This cooler does a great job of keeping food cold. The bad part is that the slide release handle is poor quality. It sticks when you try to release it, then once it is fully extended it slides down, grr. It's like you're playing with a yo-yo, very frustrating! I'd look for something else if you plan on rolling it a lot. It would probably be ok for an outdoor bbq in the backyard but not hauling from a parking lot to a pavilion or to a picnic in the park.Can hold alot of asstd drinks and not heavy.
