I bought a prior one that arrived with broken right foot and damage from possibly being dropped in shipping.I sent it back and ordered another which arrived with an intact box without damage but the same right front footing had broken off!As you can see in the pic I screwed a closed end-nut "acorn dome cap" on the screw and now it actually fits flush on the counter as long as all the other legs are screwed in all the way.I believe the manufacturer puts a smaller much more fragile plastic foot on the front right as it's different than all the rest in that it's smaller and can't take a hit.If you order this and have this issue just go to the hardware store and pick up one of these nuts, they work perfect!I have read other reviews with similar complaints so I think it's an issue.that needs to be mentioned.The rest of the unit is beautiful.It gives a cool gentle breeze blowing inside cooled by peltier type plates you can't see...it has no formal compressor.Advises not to use in a hot environment like the garage.*Note the temp would not change from C to F until I first turned the temp up by hitting the up arrow multiple times.Once set it was fine, but if you lose power it forgets.Wine cooler works great. Should have bought a larger cooler.I use this to ferment beer. The temperature range is perfect for fermenting both ales and lagers.My 3.5 gallon mini brew bucket fits perfectly. I cannot get it to hit the low temp 46 degrees but it will go down to 50 which is all I need for lagers. It also will go to up tp 70.The item came quickly and very well packaged. It looks very expensive ,I really like the controls on the front. Temperature seems very accurate. The price was very reasonable for a 20 bottle cooler.I am very happy over all.Is brand new so is fine so far! It did come with one plastic broken foot. Will try to find a replacement. Amazon took a bit of money off the price as could not replace the foot.I’m using this for my cigars with a boveda inside. It keeps humidity well and temperature pretty well, although I live in a hot climate so I don’t expect it to be perfect. It does say that it depends on the ambient temperature and we don’t use AC often. It does a good job! Would recommend if you’re looking to get into the wine cooler side of humidors.I've had a 200 bottle wine cellar for nearly 30 years and replaced the compressor unit 3 times before figuring out how to tap the low side line and recharge the coolant myself. However, after a decade of that, the heat exchanger itself became clogged and I knew it was time for a new unit. However, after a couple of moves, I simply didn't have the space or need for large cabinet. I replaced it with wooden rack to hold a few cases of everyday wine and bought this unit for holding my special bottles.I really wanted something about twice this size, but thermoelectric units max out around 28 bottles. I knew I wanted the thermoelectric version so that I wouldn't have to deal with the cheap failure-prone compressors used by all wine coolers (they rarely last more than 3-5 years vs a 15+ in a refrigerator). Also, a 55 bottle wine cabinet with a compressor could easily cost $1000 while this one was $200. Even if I have to replace it every 2 years, it's a better deal than the compressor versions.First, the good stuff. It's very quiet. My sits in the living room between the sectional and A/V center and I rarely even notice that it's running. The solid black design goes will with the A/V gear and the internal light is nice to have when you want to look for a bottle before opening the door. Now for the bad. The shelving is incredibly cheap and bends slightly when full of bottles. Some oversize bottles fit and some don't. Finally, it's happiest in an air-conditioned home since it can only cool about 20F below ambient. Mine struggles a bit in late summer when internal temperatures reach nearly 80. I suspect this will affect the longevity of the unit so I'm glad that I spent the $8 or so for the 5 year extra warranty. Even it the unit dies after 2-3 years and the warranty is a scam, it's still a solid value for such a nifty little unit.I have had this cooler in service for only the last month, but it is quiet and maintaining the set temperature. Can't complain about this.The removeable shelves have allowed me to store bottles of various shapes with reasonable efficiencyContrôle de la température une roulettes haut bas. It gets down to temperature quite quickly and the fans (inside and outside) seems to make very little noise, but there is this constant buzzing that doesn't go away and it's fairly loud. I am in a 500 sqft apartment and this cooler is around a corner 20 feet from my desk and the buzzing is louder than anything else in my apartment, including the fridge and my computer. Wanted thermoelectric since there's no compressor noise, but this isn't quiet enough in my opinion. Will update the review if it seems to lessen. Manufacturer feedback would be welcome.Edit: all three fans (especially the interior) and the grill that holds the interior fan make a ton of buzzing. The grill holding the interior fan seems to be the biggest offender, but the interior fan is terrible too. If Koolatron spent 10 dollars more, I bet this cooler would be a ton more quiet.Cellier pour bouteilles bien. Satisfaite. Maintien la température et fonctionnel. Ferme bien. Petit, tient peu de place.A noter que si bien rempli est fait pour des bouteilles type bordeaux et que les côte du Rhone ou bourgogne rentre difficilement.Livré rapidement par contre le carton etait abîmé et avec un mini poque à peine visible sur l'appareil. Bruit lors du premier branchement au niveau du ventilateur, je l'ai démonté et corrigé le problème (un bout de la grille plastique de protection cassé qui frottait) ne nuit en rien au fonctionnement final du réfrigérateur.I dislike that the door hinge is not left-right changeableI have no trouble switching from F to C tenp.full range of temp from 8C - 18C 46F - 66Fworks great and looks great
