I really like this product. It stands up to the packing and unpacking that I need to do for my weekly commute. The zipper works well and contents stay secure. My only issue is that I have a rectangle pyrex dish that I use for lunch that is just a bit too wide and stretches the bag. I should have checked dimensions better at purchaseThis was a purchase well made. The quality is good, and the size is perfect for lunch on the go. Well insulated as well.This company states this bag is basically made from a softball, but that is not entirely true. With that said, the bag color is amazing. We have only used it a few times, so I cannot comment on the durability of the bag, but seems as though it will hold up for awhile.My softball daughter loves this lunch box! The bag feels like real softball material. We had one minor issue with the zipper shortly after purchasing this item so I contacted the company and they were super nice. The issue was resolved very quickly and everyone I spoke to on the phone was super nice.My daughter is using this for this school year. I was highly surprised at the great quality.
